• The Original Purchaser is the name given as such during purchase

•The Certificate Holder or Jumper is the name given as such by the Original Purchaser during purchase

• The two names above have equal rights to schedule and or transfer the Certificate

Blank Certificates (no Jumper name given)

• The Original Purchaser may call in later to register a Certificate Holder

• Without a Certificate Holder, the Original Purchaser will be required to personally schedule the jump

• Without a Certificate Holder, the Original Purchaser will be required to personally attend the jump and authorize the Jumper to use the Certificate

• Gift Certificates are NON REFUNDABLE for any reason.

• The original purchaser or the certificate holder may transfer ownership of the Gift Certificate by calling 985-415-0289. You will be expected to verify your identity and possibly be asked to make the request in writing.

• Once transferred to the a new Certificate Holder, the previous Certificate Holder will have no rights to the Certificate what so ever.

• The Original Purchaser will always have Original Purchaser rights of the Certificate unless otherwise requested in writing by the Original Purchaser

• Gift Certificates hold full value of the service for which they were purchased for 1 year after the date of purchase.

• Gift Certificates expire 5 years after the date of Purchase.

•Between 1 and 5 years from the date of purchase, the Gift Certificate will be honored for the amount that was originally paid for it and the end user will be responsible for any price increases to that service after the original purchase date.

• All Jumpers MUST be at least 18 years old

• All Jumpers must have a valid photo ID with them at the time of the Jump.

• All Jumpers will be required to sign and Waiver and Assumption of Risks Document.

Jumper Weight Limits

• Gift Certificates are meant for Jumpers under 225 lbs.

• A Tandem skydive is not just another carnival ride. Your active participation is required to insure the safety of our staff and yourself

• The use of any kind of mood altering, and/or illegal drugs and/or alcohol is strictly prohibited for 8 hours prior to and during a Skydive

• Gift Certificate Jumps are required to be Scheduled by calling 984-415-0289

• 48 hours notice prior to your jump time is required to reschedule a jump

• No-Show-No-Calls will suffer a loss to the value of the Gift Certificate equal to the loss any other Jumper would suffer for the same (typically $90)

• A Certificate Holder arriving for a scheduled jump while in violation of any terms on this page will be subject to loss of Gift Certificate value in whole or in part

• The amount of the penalty will be 100% at the discretion of Cloud Chasers Skydiving and will depend on the severity of the infraction

• The Certificate Holder and/or Original Purchaser will be notified of the amount of the penalty. Any remaining value may still be used to schedule another jump at another time. The Jumper will then be responsible for paying any delinquent amount at the time of the actual jump.
