Thank you for scheduling a Skydive with Cloud Chasers. Please review everything below as all of this material could effect your experience.

  • All Jumpers must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Under 225 lbs unless previously approved. (Call 985-415-0289)

have a Valid Government Issued Photo ID with them at the time of the jump.

Sign a waiver at the DropZone prior to their jump.

Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be refused service without refund.

  • There should be NO CONSUMPTION for 8 hours prior to your jump. The smell of booze or pot is enough to have service denied without the benefit of a refund. There is to be NO CONSUMPTION on the AirPort. This includes your guests. They will be asked to leave if they are drinking. This includes after your jump as well.

  • Friends and Family are most welcomed however the airport is not the place for your pets. We are somewhat limited on space so if you have an entourage of more than a few people you should call first (985-415-0289). Children must be supervised at all times. We love the little ones but please bring your own babysitter with you if you are jumping and have kids. We are on an active airport and certain safety concerns exist. Everyone attending will be expected to follow the rules and cooperate with Cloud Chaser Staff, or they will be asked to leave.

  • While you should not gorge yourself of greasy foods, eating a normal meal prior to your jump is perfectly fine. There is no need to fast. If you are prone to motion sickness, prepare as you would for any other event (boat ride, long car ride, etc.) and be sure to let your instructor know, we can help keep you settled.

  • Search for “Cloud Chasers Skydiving” on Google Maps. You will get a ping on top of our building. As you enter the airport, start looking for a green skydiver sign on the right hand side of the road, it points Left to your Left turn onto our gravel drive. At the end of the drive and as marked on Google Maps is our parking area. From there you can walk down the front of the building to where our hangar is pinged. WATCH FOR MOVING AIRCRAFT AND KEEP YOUR CHILDREN CLOSE!!

  • Your appointment time is your check in time. You should arrive in time to park, stretch you legs, use the rest room if needed, and be checking in at the desk ready to focus by your appointment time. Showing up late can drastically delay your jump time and/or even cause you to not be able to jump. With that said, life does happen. If you are running late CALL US and keep us informed.

  • Dress comfortable with tennis shoes and no collared shirts. Dress for the temperature on the ground. It is colder up top however you are only exposed for a couple minutes. If it is cold on the ground, multiple thin layers are much better than a heavy jacket. We do provide an optional jumpsuit which should be plenty extra material over and above what is comfortable on the ground. We also provide gloves when it is really cold. All jumpers must have a Valid Government Issued Photo ID with them at the time of the jump.

  • We do our best to get you in and out within a 3 hour window. We often are much faster than that. WE NEVER GUARANTEE THAT TIME FRAME. Weather and other unforeseen delays can push us back and you should plan to be with us for half of your day.

  • Any funds due at the dropzone including your balance if you only paid the deposit online is subject to a 5% Credit Card Fee. Other than that there are no other fees added to the price you were quoted online. Please feel free to bring cash to avoid the Credit Card Fees.

  • We are almost always sold out. Unfortunately this means that if any thing causes us to not be able to get you jumped, then we may not be able to find another spot to fit you into the schedule. Example: Bad weather on Friday cancels your jump, you will likely not be able to reschedule to Sat or Sun. For weather or other issues on our end you will be offered your choice of: a refund, or to reschedule to another weekend at 10,000 feet, or to hold your deposit and put you first in line to our next 14,000 feet event. Showing up late can drastically delay your jump time and/or cause you to not be able to jump. No-Show-No-Calls will loose their deposit, no exceptions.
